Viera Florida was established in 1989 and began East of I-95 along Murrell Road stretching North to South aprox 4 miles from Barnes to Wickham Rd. The recently expanded Viera Blvd serves as a median in the center. There are many communities of single family homes, townhouses, duplex and condominiums. Viera East Golf Course is a popular place for golfers looking for a well manicured course convenient to all of Viera residents, and open to the public.
Several community residents enjoy sprawling lake and preserve views, with beautiful Wildlife such as Sandhill Crane, Heron, Swan, Osprey, Hawk and there’s even been Eagle spotted throughout Viera. Many residents take full advantage of the wide sidewalks all along Murrell Rd on both sides of the road. Residents utilize golf carts, cycling and walking while enjoying the beautiful scenic views.
